Duration :  3/28/11 with possibility of extension


Tax Terms: W2, No benefits


 


Seeking a Senior level equity professional, specializing in equity compensation and especially on stock plan administration services.


Must be a certified equity professional (CEP)


  • mastery level knowledge of stock administration, stock compensation expense, and transfer agency processes including financial reporting and share reconciliation

  • extensive knowledge of global restricted stock unit releases, ESPP processing and stock option exercise transactions including 10b5-1 transactions of executives, board members and other affiliates

  • Strong knowledge of various local and country tax and securities regulations across all regions.

  • Superior understanding of US tax and securities laws with respect to equity compensation.

  • Strong experience working with Schwab's Stock Plan Manager, ETrade's Equity Edge or similar stock administration system.

  • Direct experience monitoring stock plan requirements, identifying compliance issues and proposing and implementing solutions.

  • Strong project management skills and advanced analytical ability
