We are looking for a Stock Option Administrator to add to the Finance/Accounting Department.
This person will be a valuable member of the Finance team and will be responsible for day-to-day
administration and maintenance of all aspects of Twitter's stock-based compensation plans, including
options and restricted stock.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of all aspects of Twitter’ s stock-based compensation plans,
including options and restricted stock, ensuring compliance with state, federal and foreign regulations and
securities laws. Act as primary interface related to company stock options and managing the process with

Company’ s transfer agent for all share issuances and transfers. Support legal, HR and finance teams with
respect to company reporting requirements, in addition to providing support in areas including corporate
governance.
• Administer the equity compensation programs using eProsper
• Process new grants and other transactions with strong understanding of accounting, tax and legal
implications
• Process stock option exercises, prepare and process transactions to transfer agent
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and HR teams on communication materials, grant process, equity
cost analysis, technical accounting, compliance and management reports
• Work closely with payroll lead to provide US and International equity income transactions
• Generate disqualified disposition reports and year-end tax statements
• Process quarterly release of Restricted Stock Units as vesting lapses.
• Process stock vesting accelerations as required in the divestiture process.
• Provide year-end training on the impact of equity transactions on employees W-2's and
international equivalent
• Improve processes, efficiencies and accuracy of data, including the ability to test and audit
program for system software upgrades
• Work with large data sets, perform data edits, audits, reconciliations, v-lookups and complex
calculations
• Manage the resulting release of accelerated grants upon notification from General Counsel.
• Assist with integration of acquisition companies as necessary
• Assist with equity trainings for stock options for company
• Complete special projects as needed

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 4 years of public company stock plan administration
experience handling daily operations, reporting, audit/reconciliation, and participant customer
service
• Knowledge of eProsper system is required, in addition to intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Working knowledge of legal, tax and accounting rules associated with equity compensation
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of company employees
• Ability to demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external
customers as well the ability to handle confidential and proprietary information
• Ability to identify and analyze problems using sound judgment and determine solutions in order to
effectively resolve issues and accomplish goals
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and achieve results
• Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude and perform as a team player
