JOB BOARD: Equity Plan Administrator in Suburban PA

Reports to:  Director of Global Compensation, Benefits and HRIS

Position Overview: 

In alignment with QlikTech's Business Goals and Global Rewards Strategy, manage the day to day activities associated with Equity Compensation/Incentive Program Design and Administration for Employees and the Board of Directors.  Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Legal and Equity Compensation Vendors.  Position has latitude for independent judgment and decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company Equity Compensation Plan.


• Support the Transition to a Global Equity Compensation Provider. Once fully implemented, manage the on-going relationship.


• Work with manager to design and implement equity compensation/incentive programs including long-term incentive programs and employee stock purchase plans.


• Partner with legal to create and manage appropriate plan documentation and award letters.


• Partner with HR Directors and recruiters on employee documentation needs.


• Mange employee education and communication efforts.


• Work with legal regarding SEC filing information requirements.


• Assist manager with other Executive and Employee Compensation programs needs as appropriate.

  Skills and other requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment which thrives on change. 

Must possess in-depth working knowledge of incentive plan and domestic equity plan design (international plan experience a plus). 

Strong technology skills in MS Excel and Office 2007 required. 

Excellent communication shills - both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail is critical. 

Ability to travel globally up to 25%.

 5+ years of Equity Administration Experience.
