Our Multinational - Dallas, Texas based client - is seeking a talented Stock Plan Administrator for their Corporate Compensation Team.

Major Activities and Principal Responsibilities:
• Oversee and Review Administrative Activities and Service Offerings of Company's stock plan service provider
• Granting Equity Awards: Distribution of Equity Award Agreements and Employee Materials Upon Grant and Loading of Awards on Recordkeeping System
• Exercising of Options: Validate Exercise Transactions, Reconcile Payment to Employee and Report Information to Payroll for Imputing Income and Paying Taxes
• Vesting of RSUs: Monitor Vesting Dates, Calculate Vesting Price, Validate Vesting Transaction for Income/Share Withholding/Share Release, Prepare Employee Vesting Statements, and Report Information to Payroll for Imputing Income and Paying Taxes
• Establish Stock Plan Controls ,Prepare Written Procedures, and Maintain documentation related to current equity processes and procedures
• Assist in Preparation of Long-term Incentive Plan Document and Grant Agreements
• Provide Written Employee Communication and Webinars to Enhance Employee Understanding of Equity
• Maintain Insider-Trading List
• Assist Employees in Compliance with Tax Reporting and Requirements
• Monitor 10b5-1 Activity
• Assist in Preparation of Proxy and 10K
• Communicate Section 16 Activity for Form 4 Filings
• Monthly Reconciliation of Equity Accounts
• Provide Quarterly and Adhoc Reports to Finance, Tax, Payroll, Legal and Accounting Areas
• Perform Quarterly Reconciliation of Granted/Exercised/Vested/Forfeited/Outstanding Awards
• Compute Overhang and Available for Future Grant Statistics
• Provide Severance Impact Projections to Legal and International HR to Comply with Language in Award Agreements
• Provide Equity Verbiage and Numbers for Inclusion in Severance Agreements
• Adjust Records at service provider for Accelerations, Extensions and Forfeitures Resulting from Severance Actions
• Respond to requests from Internal Audit
• Respond to Employee Phone Calls and Email Inquires Relating to Terms and Conditions of Awards, Income Tax Treatment of Awards and Assistance with Transactions
• Assist with Restricted Stock Unit releases
• Assist with International filings and compliance
• Administer the Company's deferred compensation plan
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
• 3-5 years experience with Stock Plan Administration
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be Organized and Detail-Oriented
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication/facilitation skills: active listening, clear, direct, succinct spoken and written communications
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Access
Desired Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
• Masters Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience Working for a Multinational Company with a Strong Understanding of the Accounting, Tax and Legal Requirements of Equity Plans
• Experience with Sarbanes Oxley
