RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stock Plan Analyst
The
Stock Plan Analyst is responsible for delivering excellent service in
conjunction with external service providers and partners across the
Finance and HR functions. The candidate should have experience
administering equity plans for a global organization, in addition to
conducting research for internal departments related to finance and
compensation. This individual will provide timely and accurate
information about stock plans to eligible executives and other parties.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for resolving and understanding operational requests /
issues and delivering appropriate solutions in compliance with LTI plan
rules.
? Interfaces and fosters an effective working relationship with external service providers, including LTI plan administrators.
? Ensures data integrity by conducting research, and reviewing regularly scheduled audits ran by HRIS
? Run reports using third-party administrator’s website reporting tool.
? Delivers complete and accurate Long-Term Incentive grants.
? Monitors daily stock exercise activity. Provides daily exercise activity details to our international entities.
? Ensures the timely completion and delivery of monthly reconciliation and reporting process.
? Partners with external auditors on LTI related audit projects including Sarbanes Oxley audits.
? Communicates plan information as needed to eligible partners and other parties.
? Creates and updates procedures manual.
? Coordinates with other departments to provide information, resolve issues and address unique problems.
? Responds to questions and requests related to stock plans.
? Provides financial information to all areas.
Job Experience:
Qualifications:
? Bachelors Degree and/or relevant work experience required
? 2-4 years of financial analysis or stock administrator experience preferred
? SAP experience preferred
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills
? Microsoft Excel, Word and Access skills
