Conway - Stock Plan Administrator - Portland, OR
Job Summary:
Act as stock plan administrator; develop, analyze, and implement employee stock plans. Maintain company stock data, develop reports, and answer inquiries regarding stock plans. Provide analytical support as well as coordinate various executive compensation department activities while helping to ensure that all programs are carried out in accordance with both government and Con-way policies and procedures.
Manage and administer all aspects of equity plan maintenance (e.g. stock options, RSA/RSU, cash-settled SARs, phantom stocks, non-qualified employee stock purchases, etc.).
Assist with other non-qualified Director and Executive compensation plans as required.
Prepare all Section 16 and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance filings.
Coordinate and research international equity considerations as required.
Manage all executive packages and mailings, including data analysis and review (e.g. annual salary/grant packages, new hire/promotion packages, organizational charts, quarterly executive statements, etc.).
Maintain or oversee maintenance of executive databases and web-portal.
Coordinate with outside vendors in regards to equity and development of communication materials.
Assist with proxy preparation, maintenance and review.
Implement/manage the electronic Personnel Files project for the Compensation dept.
Look for and make suggestions for process improvements in a team environment.

Incumbent encouraged to make recommendations and performs much of work independently
Work under established guidelines and controls, including all federal and state laws, guidelines, and regulations
Possess superior multi-tasking abilities, be extremely detail-oriented, motivated and a self-starter.
Accountability for exceptional quality and accuracy.
Ability to write clear and concise communications and effectively present to all levels of management.
Excellent PC skills, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Windows, Visio, etc).
Working knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems (PeopleSoft preferred).
Equity Edge and EASi web-based tool experience a must.
Knowledge of Executive Compensation policies and procedures preferred.
Proven knowledge of SEC rules related to both equity and proxy filings.
3-5 years of related experience in stock plan administration and/or executive compensation required.
BS in finance / accounting preferred.
CEP level II designation preferred.
