Senior Stock Admin Analyst I at Gilead Sciences

Gilead is seeking a stock plan administrator who will support the administration of all aspects of Gilead's stock compensation plans, including stock options and RSUs; develop, document and maintain related processes and procedures; respond to employee questions; partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and compliance.

The Senior Stock Admin Analyst will be expected to:
- Process stock option exercises and RSU releases
- Process annual and off-cycle grants
- Process terminations and cancellations
- Prepare, analyze and provide timely and accurate reports as required and requested
- Support periodic financial reporting and preparation of the proxy statement
- Provide information for timely and accurate filing of Forms 3, 4 and 5
- Ensure timely and accurate internal and external file transfers
- Maintain the Stock Plan Services email box
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Support Stock Plan Services' communication and education initiatives
- Participate in other projects/tasks as assigned.
