Senior Stock Admin Analyst III (manager level) at Gilead Sciences

Gilead Sciences is seeking a seasoned Sr. Stock Administration Analyst to be responsible for global stock plan compliance as well as comprehensive ESPP administration.

In this role the successful candidate will:

• drive implementation of Gilead's stock plans in all countries where Gilead has operations and employees;
• ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements;
• partner with local HRBPs to deliver effective employee communications and ensure high quality employee customer service;
• monitor regulatory developments and updates and ensure timely process changes as needed/appropriate;
• manage all aspects of Gilead's US and non-US ESPP;
• participate in various Stock Plan Services initiatives including development of intranet tool, transition to new recordkeeping platform, global education efforts;
• Present to internal groups (stakeholders, employees;
• identify, recommend and lead implementation of process improvements;
• participate in and contribute to broader Stock Plan Services function as required.
