JOB BOARD:Stock Plan Administrator, Staff w/ Qualcomm San Diego, CA

Job Function:

This position supports our stock administration function and works closely with various external and internal customers. 

Responsibilities include:

• Executive Retirement Matching Contribution Plan processing


• Section 16


• ESPP processing


• Leaves of Absence processing/tracking


• Assist with preparation of proxy statement, required schedules, solicitation and preparation of annual meeting of stockholders


• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for all equity processes


• Restricted stock tracking and processing (Rule 144 and 145)


• Assist with acquisition integration team, as they relate to equity compensation matters


• Assist with 10b5-1 Plan review for Affiliates


• Assist team members in other Stock Administration responsibilities, including training, reconciliation of some G/L accounts. , and other day-to-day activities, as necessary


• Interface with HR, Legal and Finance/Accounting departments, as necessary, to ensure compliance with Company policies and guidelines


• May work on other complex projects utilizing independent decision and judgment.

Skills/Experience:

Minimum 4 years of relevant stock administration experience; proficiency with Equity Edge, Microsoft Office Word and Excel; ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and management; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, team environment.

Additional Skills:

Proven ability to develop process improvements; demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and good judgment in resolving issues; good organization skills required; attention to detail; ability to multi-task; strong analytical skills required. Effective leadership skills a plus.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and CEP designation required.
