Equity Plan Administrator
- Working in the Legal/Human Resources Department.
- Manage the administration of all stock grant allocations, including drafting and distribution communication.
- Manage and administer new hire and on-going grants ensuring that all stock data is tracked accurately.
- Responsible for developing/reviewing quarterly stock exhibits for the board.
- Supervise and assist with all post grant administration, including employee demographic and termination processing, daily trade and settlement reconciliations and reporting.
- Responsible for migration of data to third party equity administrator and coordinating delivery of updates. Responsible for accuracy of data in the HR system and data delivered to third party administrator.
- Responsible for creating processes for interface with HR, Legal, Finance and Third Party Equity Administrator, processes to ensure compliance with insider trading laws and blackout policies and coordinating stock plan approvals in Israel.
- Provide a high level of customer service to employees.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in equity plan administration
- Understanding of equity accounting (FAS 123R) desirable
- Thorough understanding of equity compensation
- High level of proficiency using Excel and Word
- Must be able to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
- Must be a highly motivated individual driven to keep pace in a fast moving and dynamic environment
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to interface with all levels within the organization.
