I. Primary Purpose
Responsible for the day to day administration of all company stock plans (i.e. Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units, Performance RSU's & Employee Stock Purchase Plan)
II. Key Responsibilities
- Administer Coach's equity compensation programs
- Lead contact for relationship with stock plan and executive compensation vendors
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (includes information need for Proxy and 10k filings)
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal and HR teams on communication materials, grant process, compliance and management reports
- Process new grants and other transactions with strong understanding of accounting, tax and legal implications
- Administer semi-annual ESPP enrollments & purchases
- Generate quarterly ESPP disqualified disposition reports and year-end tax statements
- Respond to executive and employee questions regarding company stock plans
- Improve processes, efficiencies and accuracy of data
- Work with large data sets, perform data edits, audits, reconciliations, v-lookups and complex calculations
- Complete special projects as needed.
III. Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years stock plan administration experience
- Knowledge of equity-related accounting, tax and legal concepts
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience with stock plan vendor: Fidelity
- Exposure to equity compensation plans for International employees
- Certified Equity Professional
IV. Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Solves routine problems using previous experience, judgment and established policies and procedures.
- Able to explain equity related accounting, tax and legal concepts
- Maintains high level of confidentiality.
