Includes Day to Day transactional processing and trading oversight for all large market Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and Restricted Stock Award Plans (RSA).
Liaison to all third party administrators providing recordkeeping, valuation & tax reporting and trading services for each plan type.
Ensure service delivery obligations are met and enforced.
Interface and support Implementation activities, Compliance and Audit issues
Facilitate the research and resolution of all customer inquiries
Communicate and train clients on all industry changes, new product releases and enhancements to functionality of the systems.

Position Requirements:

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Any industry accreditations such as (CEP, CEBS, CRC, etc.) will be highly regarded
3+ professional experience working for a financial services firm in the division of employee benefits services.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS, SEC regulatory requirements and reporting
Knowledge of portfolio valuation methodologies and FAS 123R and 128 reporting requirements
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to define and implement solutions in order to maintain client satisfaction
Ability to multi-task independently
Ability to work well under tight deadlines
