Under Armour is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Analyst to be the go to person for our equity based compensation programs, the Under Armour 401(k) plan, and our compensation programs (base, bonus, merit, market pricing). What will I do at UA?
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of UA's equity plans by reconciling all activity within the equity plans with Payroll, Accounting, Tax, the stock Transfer Agent, and Broker.
- Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Tax and HR to ensure compliance on all plans while maintaining all internal company stock data.
- Manage the Employee Stock Purchase Plan process from enrollments to purchases.
- Administer the UA 401(k) plan across all company locations and partners.
•Work closely with management team on employee total compensation - establishing competitive compensation programs for base, bonus, and equity and participating in annual compensation salary surveys.
- Participate and complete annual salary surveys.
•Responsible for HR analytics and reporting; serve in backup role for HRIS administration.
- Participate and complete annual salary surveys; assist and perform other HR related duties as required and assigned.
What does UA need from me?
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting or related coursework.
- 2+ years of related equity administration experience with working knowledge of relevant global equity compliance with a public company.
- 1+ years experience with in-house stock administration with a major stock option software, preferably Equity Edge.
•Knowledge of information and reports for required SEC filings, including Section 16, executive compensation disclosures in the proxy statement, FAS 123R disclosures in 10-K and 10-Q a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills; ability to research and respond to complex issues.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with excel - reporting, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
