Job Description
Job Summary & Mission:
As
the Stock Options/Usability Business Analyst, you will collaborate with
business and technology partners to analyze and document business
requirements across CEFS equity compensation product lines with a
concentration on providing world class participant experience. Manage
priorities as they relate to usability initiatives.
Manage
deliverables from scoping through implementation. Duties include
creating project plans, running and documenting project meetings,
tracking/resolving action items, updating business processes,
participate in User Acceptance Testing, training and marketing materials
as well as keeping stakeholders informed, etc. Partner with Technical
Teams to develop solutions for improved usability and user satisfaction
through user-centered design and testing. Skills for the job include the
ability to apply UI standards and guidelines, gathering feedback from
various sources, developing prototypes, conducting usability tests, and
documentation of such. Work closely with Quality Assurance Teamto ensure
deployment of a product that meets requirements; team with business
partners to ensure proper integration into existing business processes
Translate business/customer needs into wireframes and interactive prototypes
* Troubleshooting of internal client issues and questions
* Create and deliver internal/external client training.
* Participate in testing of upcoming product releases and new features
* Advise internal clients on the best use of the application and provide support as necessary.
* Document requirements for product enhancements as needed
* Managing internal client inquiries, expectations, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
*A minimum of 3 years recent Project Management or Business Analysis
(non-technical role) work experience complimented by experience with
technology based financial products and services and the ability to
communicate with clients (internal and external)
*Needs to be able to work autonomously with good judgement, decision making and risk management skills
*Must have practical, hands on work experience in writing requirment documents, UAT testing and the quality assurance processes
*Knowledge
of Financial services; equity compensation (Stock Options, Restricted
Stock, ESPP, Stock Appreciation Rights, Performance Awards and Deferred
Compensation) is a plus
*Bachelor's Degree in any business related major with computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Experience in writing business requirements for new product or service offerings
*Excellent communications skills with above average writing skills a must
Preferred Qualifications
- CEP certification preferred but not required
