Hauptaufgaben: | The job is integral part
of the new Corporate CoE (Center of Expertise) structure and covers specific expertise in compensation and equity programs and policies. Equity plan management is subject matter focus, broader general compensation expertise is required (i.e. mobility, sales incentive compensation). Supports the senior equity management expert in assisting and contributing to the design and implementation of corporate equity plan policies and programs. Supports the senior compensation expert in assisting and contributing to the design and implementation of global compensation policies and programs. Leads projects or assists in major projects in the compensation and equity management space. • Assist the senior experts in CoE in fulfilling its overall role and in meeting the objectives. • Deal with compensation/equity case management and issues such as; investigations, analysis, recommendations with regard to tax, social security, employment, legal and governance requirements that arise in connection with compensation plans and policies. • Meet operational needs in connection with customized transactions and payment processes • Assist or lead the development of strategic business cases or projects related to equity plans and their management, compensation programs, and other matters in the scope of the CoE • Contribute to the development/enhancement of Syngenta’s global compensation policies and processes by leading projects or supporting the CoE team in major projects. • Give advice, support to regional C&B managers, members of the business project or leadership teams, and to Global HR Business partners. • Coordinate, cooperate, support other CoE experts (International assignments, Sales incentive plans, regional C&B CoEs, etc.). |

Anforderungen: | Critical Knowledge: • Equity management, share-based compensation elements, share option plans and their management • Compensation management (benchmarking, salary and bonus systems, etc.) • Experience with tax, social security, employment, legal requirements related to international compensation and benefits • General compensation knowledge, policies, processes (min. 5 years experience) Critical Skills: • Ability to deliver results in a timely and efficient manner and under time pressure. • Capability to develop policies and processes in the subject matter areas • Capacity to think analytically, logically and to incorporate into new subjects quickly and independently • Operational skills, experience with operational tasks and needs (hands-on aptitude) • Good communication skills (upwards and sideward) • Linguistic skills; English fluent, German advantageous Background/Critical Experience: • University degree in Economics, Law, Mathematics, Social Sciences etc. (ideally with focus on compensation, benefits, tax, HR related subjects) • Experience (>5 years) in HR corporate compensation and benefits, or compensation manager in a smaller international company, or consultant in a global C&B practice |
