We require someone with a strong work ethic, detail oriented and have the ability  to assess the "bigger picture". Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required along with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare FAS123r stock based compensation expenses and forecasts


• Assist in assumption assessment and estimates for valuing company equity grants


• Book equity related journal entries


• Responsible for basic and diluted shares outstanding reconciliations and forecasts


• Assist in the preparation of the financial reporting equity disclosures


• Provide the Tax Department with routine or ad hoc requests for tax accounting calculations


• Effectively communicate changes in equity related accounting policies and implement new processes to accommodate changes if necessary


• Identify and resolve issues regarding tax, legal and financial reporting compliance related to equity.


• Assist with integration of assumed or new equity resulting from Mergers and Acquisitions. (This includes assisting with the administration and accounting related to the M&A grants)


• Participate in the Proxy preparation process and other ad hoc SEC filings

Requirements:

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or CPA preferred


• B.A. or B.S. in finance or related field


• At least 4 years of relevant equity accounting or stock administration experience


• Prior experience with international equity plans and knowledge of international tax laws are a strong plus


• Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills


• Strong initiative and desire to work in a team-oriented environment


• Results driven and a positive team player


• Self-starter with excellent time and project management skills


• Ability to drive process based improvements


• Ability to cope with pressure and changing priorities


• Strong computer and analytical skills, including high proficiency in Excel
