This position would be a working member of the Total Rewards team located in New York City or Dulles, VA, performing all tasks necessary to administer our equity compensation programs for all eligible employees worldwide.


II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES



  • 1. Administer domestic and international equity programs, ensuring compliance with state, federal and foreign regulations and securities laws.

  • 2. Manage relationship with the third-party administrator and captive broker.

  • 3. Partner with SOX, Payroll, Legal, Finance and Human Resources on all stock reporting needs.

  • 4. Responsible for preparing the semi-monthly grant files for new equity grants.

  • 5. Provide input in the design and delivery of equity incentive plans and awards.

  • 6. Conducts analysis and review of systems and processes for improving efficiency.

  • 7. Stays current with legislation changes and external trends to proactively plan and adapt stock compensation programs.

  • 8. Assists with processing of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual processes (processing option exercises, annual vesting and granting, etc.)

  • 9. Handles all SEC reporting for Section 16 Officers including Board of Directors. Develops communication strategy and partners with internal communication experts to execute.

  • 10. Handles all inquiries via phone and email from employees, retirees and financial advisors.

  • 11. Conducts education seminars on Stock compensation.

  • 12. Assists with Proxy and Compensation Committee materials.

  • 13. Accomplishes various compensation projects.


 


III. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND SKILLS


Education



  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in Business, HR or related field. Certified Equity Profession (CEP) required.

  • Working knowledge of administration best practices, as well as legal, tax and accounting rules associated with equity compensation programs.

  • Project management skills with an emphasis on time-bound and highly detailed deliverable management.

  • Familiarity with Fidelity PSW administration tool and reporting is a plus.


 


Skills



  • Analytics and Modeling: Knowledge in compensation modeling and analytics especially the ability to convey data to an executive level audience, experience with MS Excel required and Tableau a plus.

  • Consulting: Ability to assist or advise client organizations or HR partners on department functions

  • and/or responsibilities.
  • Communication: Ability to explain clearly the equity compensation plans and features to participants.

  • Compliance: Expertise in recognizing and discerning legal issues and requirements of US Federal and

  • state laws governing employee compensation as well as global implications; ensuring that the organization develops compliant policies.
  • Conflict Management: Can successfully handling and resolving issues, disagreements and disputes

  • that impact or impede relationships with partners.
  • Project Management: Expertise in project management skills to include planning, estimating,

  • managing and delivering projects to maximize benefit with minimize risk.
  • Program/Process Improvement: Can assist in analyzing existing programs to identify gaps and

  • inconsistencies that hinder effectiveness and efficiency, and ability to make recommendations and implement solutions that will improve overall process performance.
