Detailed Description

Relationship Manager
Corporate Client Services
The
objectives of the Corporate Relationship Manager position are to
develop and cultivate relationships within the corporate client employee
base in an attempt to drive asset growth, retention, cross-selling and
business development in this dynamic market. Successful candidates will
be able to leverage comprehensive industry knowledge, consultative
selling skills, and a passion for service to effectively interact with
affluent stock plan customers. We are looking for dynamic individuals
who can articulately challenge processes, embrace change, and envision
success in a rapidly changing environment.

* Respond to and
create viable sales opportunities by engaging corporate client employees
in needs-based conversations around financial goals through both
inbound and outbound telecom activities.
* Educate clients with
respect to their equity compensation and their ability to successfully
navigate the E*TRADE FINANCIAL website.
* Regularly exercise
discretion, sound business judgment and an understanding of competitors'
financial products in consulting with clients.
* Record interactions in contact management database and schedule follow up calls as appropriate.
* Execute equity compensation transactions with minimal supervision.
* Manage new and existing relationships with a focus on deepening the overall client engagement with E*TRADE FINANCIAL.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
*
Series 7 and 63 required, Series 66 preferred, Clean U4. Series 66 must
be obtained in applicable states within 90 days of hire date.
* Must become certified with CEE and CEP level 1 within 6 months
* Education or Training Equivalent to: BA/BS
* 3 years experience in a financial sales environment with proven results
* Proven results in a demanding sales environment.
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
* Positive and professional customer service attitude and capability.
* Advanced knowledge of the securities industry including corporate equity compensation plans.
* Thorough understanding of all E*TRADE FINANCIAL product and service offerings.
* Ability to leverage colleagues in other departments to work collectively to exceed client demands.
*
Be able to apply advanced selling techniques to create a compelling
rationale for use of E*TRADE FINANCIAL products and services.
