Basic Job Functions:


This position primarily supports our external reporting and stock administration function and works closely with various external and internal customers. 


Experience:



  • 1 to 3 years working for a public company or a public accounting firm

  • Experience in stock administration preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of Equity Edge software a plus


Education :



  • BS in Finance/Accounting

  • CEP Level I or II preferred

  •  

Required Skills :



  • Basic accounting and stock administration knowledge including familiarity with FAS123R, regulatory, legal, US and non-US tax rules affecting the treatment of equity compensation

  • Strong attention to detail and being able to work accurately under sometimes tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build credible relationships within the organization

  • Ability to process confidential data and maintain complete discretion

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills


Essential Functions & Responsibilities



  • Administer certain employee equity transactions, including processing of employee award grants, exercises, cancellations and other transactions

  • Communicate and process data with various other external and internal sources (e.g. brokers, transfer agents, internal Human Resource, Payroll, tax, and legal departments)

  • Support preparation and documentation of all quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, Proxy Statements)

  • Work with external auditors on various requests

  • Prepare certain reconciliations for stock transactions or financial statements

  • Maintain Equity Edge database and the integrity of the data

  • Maintain and ensure SOX compliance for stock administration and external reporting function

  • Preparing and filing of Section 16 reports

  • Ad hoc projects as needed
