COMPENSATION & EQUITY
ANALYST
Position Description
Reporting into the
Senior Vice President, Global Compensation & Benefits, this position
is involved in a broad range of activities including equity
administration, compensation analysis and administration and workforce
analytics. With a focus on international markets, this position will be
involved in all facets of salary administration, variable rewards
administration, market analysis and equity administration for a large
international population of employees resident in over 50 countries
around the world. This position will have daily interface with the
International Head of Human Resources, and interface with Regional HR
leadership in Latin America, Asia Pacific, Far East, Europe and the
Middle East, and local country HR leadership.
Key
Requirements: This position demands strong quantitative and analytical
skills, advanced problem-solving skills, proficiency in working with
global data sets and building relationships with HR generalists abroad.
In addition, this position requires proficiency with remuneration
practices, Peoplesoft HR, and basic understanding of equity plan
administration. This position requires an individual who can apply
her/himself to basic compensation and workforce analytical tasks (such
as data scrubbing and data manipulation) as well as take on more complex
and conceptual problems. In addition, a strong interest in building a
broad-based knowledge of all aspects of Total Reward and an interest in
working with individuals around the globe is a plus.
The
ideal candidate will have technical depth in at least two areas (such as
compensation administration, international compensation, equity
administration, workforce analytics) and an interest in building broader
expertise in other areas (such as international equity administration
compliance, systems interfaces –payroll/equity admin.)

This
position is based in New York City but requires frequent travel to
Philadelphia and potential international travel, as needed.
Workforce
Analytics
* Maintaining the integrity of the headcount and
compensation data for over 9000 employees in over 50 countries.
*
Proactively conducting both basic and complex analysis on headcount
growth, compensation costs and equity costs.
* Working directly
with Regional HR Leadership to support their ability to maintain
accurate data.
Equity Administration
* Provide
on-going support to the Equity Administration Officer on matters
related to the granting of stock and options to employees, globally –
both US & International.
* Trouble-shoot on complex equity
administration issues, intervening directly on the more challenging
admin issues related to equity granted to employees.
* Recommend
potential process improvements associated with administration of both
the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) as well as the Employee Stock
Purchase Plan (ESPP).
* Provide support on clarifying and adhering
to international compliance matters as it pertains to the granting of
equity in international markets.
* Act as one of the two primary
contacts with the outside equity administrator.
* Interface with
HR Operations staff on ensuring the proper electronic interfaces and
feeds are functional and complete manual updates where interfaces are
not available.
* Provide direct customer service, as needed, to
equity recipients and HR equity coordinators around the world.
Compensation
Administration
* Work directly with the Philadelphia-based
Compensation Team and specifically with the Philadelphia-based
International Compensation Manager on the annual compensation, bonus and
equity cycle.
* Provide direct support to the International Head
of HR on all matters related to compensation administration and
reporting including scenario analysis.ACE offers a competitive salary
