This company offer executive compensation consultancy services include job and salary structure evaluation, incentive bonus plans, share-based compensation plans and employee benefits studies. In addition, you will assist these clients in improving and executing talent management and competency-based, KPI-driven, performance management systems.
 
The ideal candidate must be proficient in handling large and complex projects on rewards and linking performance management and measurement systems where you will offer innovative strategies and solutions in packaging compensation from total to full and variable bonus. A strong understanding of compensation and benefits topics including performance based
compensation plan design and modelling, salary structuring, performance management and measurement systems, including scorecard design and implementation and handling salary benchmarking, structuring, industry research, short term incentives, design evaluation and benefits project design on rewards programs.
 
The candidate should be from a Human Resources, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computational Finance, Mathematics, Accountancy, Finance or Econometrics only with exceptional numerical and analytical skills and a desire to undertake both quantitative and qualitative work, you will be expected to manage clients which include Group HR Heads and CFOs; senior consultants are expected to manage clients which include CEOs and Remuneration Committees and a minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience for consultant and 5-7 years relevant work experience for senior consultant.
