TITLE: Contract Stock Administrator

SUMMARY:
- Responsible for all aspects of stock administration:
-- processing transactions for employees exercising options
-- initiate option grants for new hires
-- answer employee questions and resolve problems regarding stock options
-- maintain employee stock database
-- prepare summary reports, grant agreements, and distribution of grant agreements
-- manage ESPP enrollments, announcements & quarterly purchases
-- handle communications about equity compensation programs
-- etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of stock administration experience in high-tech, publicly traded companies
- Level III CEP Certification
- Experience in the design, development and deployment of stock systems and projects
- Bachelor's degree
