We are looking for a Director of Global Compensation. As a Director of Global Compensation, you will perform the following tasks:



  • Design and implementation of global compensation programs including: global base pay structures, variable pay programs, executive compensation, equity programs, and incentive/recognition programs.

  • Manage the global rewards function, create strategies and oversee administration of equity and incentive compensation programs for worldwide employee groups, develop salary budgets and structures, and create policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.

  • Manage the Board of Directors compensation & benefits, and equity awards, surveys and analyses, and implementation.

  • Design and implementation of global equity programs according to the Equity Grant Policy.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver innovative solutions that are the highest quality and deliver outcomes that meet the business needs in addition to being in alignment with our core values.

  • Create and conduct ongoing reviews of global compensation leveling; to include base pay structures, bonus plans, allowances and recognition programs.

  • Partner with HRIS to create global reporting standards and automated compensation tools for the purpose of administering global focal events.

  • Create and monitor compensation policies to ensure they are adhered to, in compliance with US and regional laws and understood by managers and employees.

  • Reports to the Managing Director of Compensation and Benefits.



Qualifications:



  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 10 years of experience and progressive responsibility in the compensation field. Direct experience in the technology industry, with global scope is preferred.

  • Expert in Section 162(m), Section 409A, Nasdaq Marketplace Trading rules, Proxy Statement and other relevant SEC Reports, and Compensation Committee Governance.

  • Highly-skilled, highly technical, hands-on, result-oriented compensation practitioner who thrives on the challenges of the ever changing, fast-moving field of global compensation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to gain respect from a highly driven and topnotch CEO, executive team and Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Has passion for accuracy, sense of urgency, topnotch quality work, project management, and timely delivery.

  • Demonstrated successful track record in managing and developing staff.

  • MS/MBA preferred

  • CCP and/or SPHR certification preferred
