Job Description
Top client in Bethesda is
seeking a Stock Plan Analyst to join their team! This position is a 3-6
month contract. Only candidates that are available to start immediately
should apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer company stock plans.
- Run and analyze reports in Excel and Crystal Reports
- Provide equity information for SEC filings.
- Manage vendor systems.
- Respond to participant inquiries.
- Reconcile Benefits Invoices.
- Assist with ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements
Background Required:
- Previous stock plan administration experience is
required.
- ADP experience a major plus.
- Strong MS Excel (macros, pivot tables) skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Works well in a fast paced environment.
- CEP certification preferred.
