Our client in the Boston area is currently
recruiting for a senior stock plan administrator

This is a highly visible role and you will
be interacting closely with the chief executives of the firm- they will
be relying on this person for advice and guidance- as the firm grows.

This hands on manager role will include
supervising a staff of 3-4 professionals-

We are looking for a candidate with a
professional presence, strong work ethic and dynamic skills.

As Senior Stock Plan Administrator you will
administer equity compensation programs, including stock options,
restricted stock/unit plans, stock recognition plan and Employee Stock
Purchase Plan; answer employee questions and resolve problems. Maintain
procedures and processes for accurate and timely reporting, financial
compliance, governance and participant communication-
