Organization Objective/Purpose:

Stock Plan
Services (SPS) is a highly specialized business unit
within Schwab
Retirement Plan Services which works with corporations
and their
employees to facilitate transactions and answer questions
regarding
their equity compensation plans. Plans include employee
stock
options, restricted stock units & awards, stock appreciation
rights,
and employee stock purchase plans.

Brief Description of Role:

Candidate
would be a member of a team of approximately 25
representatives
whose primary responsibilities are to manage incoming
calls as well
as make outbound calls to corporate and participant
clients regarding
their equity compensation plan(s) as well as
building a deeper
relationship with Schwab.

Technical/Functional Qualifications:

• 
  Series 7 & 63 license required
  
  

• Seeking a
  Registered Representative with call center experience
  
  

• 
  Must exhibit strong customer service, relationship building, and
  business
  development skills
  
  

• Able to calculate and explain
  margin requirements as well as have
  strong problem solving skills
  
  

• 
  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  
  

• 
  Able to work well in a small team environment and be able to foster
  cross-enterprise
  relationships
  
  

• Able to perform with minimal errors
