The role: Stock Administrator

As a Stock Administrator, you have a proven track record in global,
high tech companies and have the desire to excel in everything you do.
Your work history should demonstrate job stability with increasing
levels of responsibility. You will have the primary responsibility for
stock plan administration activity and related planning projects.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Google's Stock Plan and grant processing, including due
  diligence for new territories prior to granting participation in stock
  plans


• Manage the accounting, payroll and tax report preparation, audit and
  reconciliation report preparation


• Prepare and distribute Stock Plan communication materials


• Participate in new hire/quarterly employee stock system access
  presentations


• Administer our stock database (Equity Edge)

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business preferred, with strong
  academic record


• At least three years of stock administration experience


• Demonstrated ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and
  accomplish goals


• Strong experience in operations and compliance issues preferred


• Perform a variety of complicated tasks and is able to “change gears”
  frequently


• CEP Certification a plus


• Sense of humor
