Job Description |
We are looking for a candidate with a professional presence, strong work ethic and dynamic skills. As Senior Stock Plan Administrator you will administer equity compensation programs, including stock options, restricted stock/unit plans, stock recognition plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan; answer employee questions and resolve problems. Maintain procedures and processes for accurate and timely reporting, financial compliance, governance and participant communication.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure equity awards are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the awards, the governing plans and internal processes and procedures
- Generate, audit, and analyze internal reports and support systems for financial disclosures under FASB and SOX standards
- Identify and lead implementation of process improvements for increased efficiencies
- Monitor and benchmark programs. Participate in industry associations and continuing education
- Assist Human Resources in monitoring, designing and communicating stock program designs, processes, procedures, etc.
- Develop employee communication and education programs with HR Department. Coordinates dissemination of stock administration news information through Web pages, mailings, and emails
- Manage relationships with brokers, transfer agent and service providers on stock plan issues
- Works closely with Administration and Legal regarding insider trading policy. Communicate insider trading window dates and procedures to company insiders and broker
- Monitors insider sales during open windows to ensure compliance with Company guidelines
- Provide equity information for SEC Forms and Filings - 10Q, 10K and Proxy Statement, etc.
- Function as back-up for processing daily transactions
- Effectively collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Payroll, Tax and Treasury
- Coordinate allocation of resources to comply with special requests for equity information
- Assist with special projects and transactions as assigned

Minimum Requirements |
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Experience with global multinational employer issuing multiple stock programs and designs, preferable through Equity Edge system.
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification preferred
- Knowledge of Section 16
- Knowledge of U.S. accounting, legal, disclosure and tax issues
- Familiarity with non-U.S. tax, securities, and legal issues pertaining to stock plans
- Demonstrated client focus and ability to build relationships and trust with various groups
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications, stock plan administration software, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong attention to detail to review and validate the accuracy of information
- Experience with or working knowledge of multiple stock plan vendors and third party administrators preferred
- Ability to work with hands-on involvement as well as act as mentor/coach and set direction
- Contribute individually with minimal supervision within a team oriented environment
