Job Description


• Evaluate complex data/information to make recommendations
that will assist the business in attracting, retaining, motivating and
rewarding top performers.


• Early diagnosis of trends (external or internal) that could impact the
business and providing workable solutions.


• Conduct ongoing competitive benchmark analysis; complete
annual/quarterly salary survey completion.


• Responsible for designing and maintaining competitive base pay
structures and salary ranges.


• Consults and liaises with business partners on business unit issues by
evaluating compensation programs, developing recommendations for
changes and enhanced efficiencies, and implementing new programs.


• Conducts analysis and creates reports using HRIS and company data for
business leaders.


• Advises and educates management on compensation related programs,
policies and procedures; may develop training programs and other
communications collateral as appropriate.


• Develops recommendations to adjust salary structures in response to
changing organizational needs and market values.


• Consults with HR and business partners on new positions; conducts job
analysis, documentation, and evaluation studies to determine
appropriate leveling and FLSA status.


• Participates in development and administration of major compensation
initiatives: annual performance management, key incentives and equity
awards and merit cycle.
