JOB DESCRIPTION: Stock Plan Administrator



Stock Plan
Adminsitrator

Basic Function and Scope of the Position:
Supports
the stock administration function and performs routine activities in
administering the company’s equity compensations plans.

Tasks and
Responsibilities:
• Administers equity compensation plans and
coordinates enrollment in employee stock purchase plan.
• Maintains
and updates records, forms, documents and processes related to stock
options, restricted stock units and ESPP.
o Import files from and
transmit to E*Trade daily
o Import employee data from Workday report
weekly
o Import YTD taxes withheld from file provided by Payroll
after each pay period
o Import monthly files from E*Trade monthly
o
Process exercise transactions, prepare letter for signature and fax to
transfer agent
o Process employee terminations and send closing stock
statements to HR
o Assist with gathering ESPP participation data for
online enrollment
o Process ESPP withdrawals and contribution
changes
o Distribute confirmations of exercises, releases and
purchases after employees’ transactions
• Maintains management and
communication systems regarding stock plan processes, answers employee
questions and resolves problems regarding stock options, restricted
stock units and ESPP.
• Collects and prepares data on stock options,
restricted stock units and ESPP activity and other data for internal and
external reports.
• Prepares summary reports for HR review and
distributes online grant agreements.
• Interfaces with and provides
information to tax, payroll, human resources and accounting departments.

Works on special projects related to equity / treasury matters.

Works on problems of moderate scope in which analysis of situation or
data requires a review of identifiable factors
• Exercises judgment
within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed
instructions on new assignments.

Preferred Educational
Background:
• College degree preferred

Preferred Experiential
Background:
• 2-5 years of experience in stock administration,
finance or accounting (e.g., payroll, accounting, etc.) in a fast-paced
corporate environment
• Excellent communication skills and an
attention to detail required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite required
• Experience with Equity Edge software system
preferred
