REQUIRED:



  • 8+ years of progressive global Compensation, Benefits and HRIS
    experience in a fast growing public company, ideally with experience in
    medical device/software companies.


  • Extensive experience in global mergers, acquisitions and
    divestitures including due diligence integration planning and execution.



  • Successful track record in building and managing global teams.


  • SOX compliance experience.


  • In-depth technical expertise on the various nuances of total
    rewards programs, including executive compensation and its components. A
    strong understanding of the relationship between compensation and
    achieving business objectives, and the motivation and retention of
    employees.


  • Excellent Excel skills.


  • Prior experience in working with Compensation Committees and
    BOD’s including development of materials for and presentation of
    strategy and data.


  • Demonstrated track record of success implementing business
    relevant compensation systems, as well as efficient operation of
    compensation delivery systems throughout an organization.


  • Must bring a depth of technical and analytical expertise to the
    role. The expectation is that this individual will provide strong
    technical leadership to the function and the company on a global basis.


  • Strong Financial Acumen and familiarity with accounting
    methodologies relative to Stock Compensation analysis and expense
    recognition.


  • Must possess current and deep knowledge of Total Rewards
    strategies and programs including base, variable, sales, equity and
    executive compensation strategies


  • Exceptional coaching skills.


  • Proven track record in building and maintaining rapport at all
    levels of the Company.


  • Proven ability to persuade and influence - a thought leader.


  • Strong, proven program management skills.


  • Person must have strong strategic experience as well as be able
    to be "hands on”.


  • Successful experience in building, implementing and managing
    global HRIS strategies for a fast growing company.


  • Strong management and mentoring/employee development
    experience.


  • Experience in developing other corporate policies and programs
    highly desirable (e.g., employee handbooks, performance management
    systems, etc..)
