Position Description: Principal HR Specialist- Executive
Compensation
KBR is searching for a Principal HR Specialist for our
Executive Compensation group. The
HR Specialist will be responsible for the
administration of the executive compensation incentive and equity plans.
Functional
job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Implements, analyzes, and administers the
executive compensation incentive and equity plans
· Analyzes and reviews incentive plan calculations
and presentations
· Manages daily activities of stock administration
(Long Term Incentive Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan)
· Performs anlaysis and detailed review of the
Compensation Analysts' work, as needed
· Ensures that the incentive and equity
administration is in compliance with established guidelines, processes,
and procedures
· Works with external
vendors to ensure incentive and equity administration is supported
accurately
· Reviews quarterly
Compensation Committee materials
· Reviews annual Compensation Discussion &
Analysis
· Provides accurate,
complete, and timely submission of required reports, forecasts, and
various analyses
· Participates in
executive compensation surveys
· Implements process
improvements
Requirements
· Undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience in
compensation, preferably executive and equity compensation
· Highly proficient in Excel with working knowledge
of all other Microsoft Office programs
· Detail oriented and strong analytical and
mathematical skills
· Experience managing processes and ensuring
compliance with policy, legal, and administrative requirements
· Able to multi-task and work in an environment with
multiple deadlines
· Able to work effectively, both independently and as
part of a team, with initiative and accuracy
