PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT /STOCK PLAN ADMINISTRATOR

Assure accurate processing of payroll through review; entry of hours
only as needed
• Control all aspects of stock plan administration
including restricted stock vesting, equity grants and cancellations, and
annual reporting
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a
timely manner
• Extensive report generation for standard as well as
customized requests for information
• Special projects
Key
requirements:
• At least five years payroll experience
• Stock
plan administration experience including Equity Edge highly preferred
•
ADP highly preferred
• Excellent communications and people service
skills
