Manager, Global Equity Programs – Possible
relocation provided ($110K-130K salary plus bonuses)


Scope
of Responsibilities


Provide
leadership and support for the administration and continuous improvement
of the
Company’s global equity programs. Provide expertise and consultation on
equity matters, with limited guidance and in support of strategic goals
and
priorities. Plan, develop, and implement new and revised equity plans,
policies,
procedures, in order to be responsive to the business and company's
goals,
competitive and industry best practices. Assure company equity plans are
consistently administered in compliance with company policies and
government
regulations on a local, regional or global basis.

Participate
with internal business partners in the process to develop the equity
strategy
in alignment with and in support of the business goals and objectives.


·        
Monitor
global requirements surrounding equity plans and propose and implement
action
or process adjustment as needed.


·        
Oversee
stock plan administrator role, which encompasses equity plan
recordkeeping and
day to day activities surrounding the lifecycle of equity grants.


·        
Assist
with the option valuation and expense process and the preparation of
quarterly
and year-end financial reporting for the 10-Q and 10-k.


·        
Assist
with the preparation of information and reports regarding executive
compensation for inclusion in proxy statement and annual report.


·        
Document,
implement, and ensure department adherence to Sarbanes Oxley 404
controls


Education
and Experience



  • Bachelor's
    degree required with 7 years or more of experience as an equity
    compensation professional with experience in managing global plans,
    including FAS 123 (R) option expense reporting

  • CEP
    certification preferred and proven experience operating with Senior
    /
    Executive management teams; or equivalent combination of education,
    training and experience

  • Strong
    computer skills, including Equity Edge application and Microsoft
    Office
    applications (with an emphasis on Excel)
