What does a Payroll and
Stock Plan Manager at Hayneedle do?

• Process bi-weekly payroll


• Audit and reconcile payroll, taxes, and W2s


• Coordinate changes and problem resolution with the external
  payroll provider


• Maintain the general ledger interface including journal entries
  and reconciliations


• Research taxability and other issues related to additional
  earnings, benefits, and deductions types


• Build and modify queries to support business needs


• Administer company stock option plan


• Manage company credit card and travel & entertainment
  programs

What basic
qualifications will our Payroll and Stock Plan Manager need to have?

• 5+ years payroll experience required, multi-state preferred


• Experience with outsourced payroll required, Ceridian experience
  preferred


• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy


• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills


• Process and control oriented


• Experience with Equity Edge preferred


• Experience with Oracle General Ledger preferred


• MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook,
  required
