POSITION SUMMARY
Join a growing and dynamic Finance Team as part of a winning
company. The Financial Analyst - Equity Compensation will work with
Senior Finance leadership and provide critical support to various
Finance groups within RIM.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support reporting requirements for equity awards
administration/compliance and accounting functions by producing reports
on a quarterly, monthly and weekly basis. This may involve the
development of new reports to meet changing reporting requirements.

· Perform data reconciliation to ensure integrity and
accuracy of reports

Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- College or university graduate with accounting knowledge
- 1-3 years business experience supporting a Finance team preferred
- Experience with SAP FICO, SAP HR and Solium an asset
- Self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems both independently and
collaboratively - Ability to work in a team environment
- Advanced skills in Excel required
