Overview
This is
new exciting opportunity for an experienced
Compensation
professional for the Midwest Corporate Location. The Compensation Specialist
is a key member of the Compensation program: this position leads the design,
implementation and administration broad-based compensation programs for the
North American Operating unit while offering strategic compensation
support to the business. Seeking a specialist with in-depth
experience in executive AND/ OR sales commissions compensation.
Responsibilities
-Facilitate
effective design/administration of all compensation
and equity
programs including performance management, salary and incentive
programs
-Partner closely with the business units, HR Business
Partners
and leadership to pro-actively respond compensation issues
-Build innovative and competitive salary, incentive
(bonus,
sales, long term), and executive compensation programs and
structures to
reflect the Company's evolving rewards philosophy and
business goals
-Work with our
communications teams to ensure that managers
and employees
understand our approach to compensation
-Keep the company in compliance with existing and
proposed
statutory requirements governing compensation
Basic Qualifications:
-5 + years’ experience designing, implementing and
managing
complex compensation programs for executive AND / OR sales
commission
compensation programs
-Deep subject matter expertise in several of the
following
compensation disciplines: base salary and incentive plan
design and
administration, sales compensation, equity compensation,
executive pay
-A solid
understanding of business/financial drivers,
ideally in financial
services industry
-Demonstrable
partnership and influencing skills, strong
communication skills, a
commitment to outstanding customer support.
-Ability to work closely with internal Business and HR
Business
Partners
-Strong analytical
skills, mastery of Excel, great comfort
with HR systems
-Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulatory
requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Experience working in high-growth, performance
focused
environments in financial services preferred
-CCP Preferred
Position pays 100
- 120K + 20% bonus. There is no
relocation package available for this position.
