The Company



An outstanding opportunity has arisen for you to join this
well-regarded financial services company. As part of the Equity
Compensation team that sits as part of the wider Reward and Mobility
department, you will take responsibility for dealing with equity
administration for the group as well as employee and expatriate tax
services. If you are looking for a challenging role which will enable

The Role



Reporting to the Equity Compensation Manager, you will take
responsibility for:

• Developing and maintaining the company’s equity and deferral
programs.

• Advising and supporting employees who participate in the equity
programs.

• Assisting with the administration of distributions/exercises from
any of the equity programs.

• Dealing with expatriate tax related queries.

• Providing technical guidance on expatriates to the payroll team.

• Liaising with HR and corporate tax departments of various issues.

• Dealing with employer and employee tax and social security
withholding and reporting requirements.

• Involvement with year end tax due diligence processes.

• Driving year end tax and social security processes for the UK and
assisting with this on an EMEA basis.



The Equity Compensation team are accountable for providing and
co-ordinating specialist support for countries throughout EMEA,
specialist business teams and senior management/highly remunerated
employees who may participate in equity plans.



About You



To succeed in this high profile role, you will ideally have:



• ATT qualification or equivalent.

• Solid experience gained within UK expatriate tax.

• Operating at an Associate or Assistant Manager grade within the
Big 4 firm.

• Exposure to dealing with FS clients.

• Pro-active and hard-working.

• Team player and customer focused.
