Summary:  Working with Reports Manager and the Equity Reports Analyst,
the Equity Plan Reports Senior Analyst will analyze and report equity
program data to multiple internal and external parties.


Independently prepare and distribute the Monthly Equity Activity for
Restricted/Deferred Stock Award and Stock Option Programs
Tracking
and reporting of share usage including Monthly shares outstanding in
equity plans and shares available for use for future grants/awards

Independently process and distribute dividend equivalents and other
equity reports
Key contact for both internal and external players
for discrepancies
esearch items as pertains to equity reports

Creation of communications with regard to Equity Plan Reporting

Create ad-hoc reports using Access Database
Ensure timely and
accurate reporting of income and taxes for US, International and
Expatriate participants generated through equity events.

Interaction with global equity coordinators, Global Equity Tax, internal
Accounting, Transfer Agent, Payrolls, and Human Resource department

Bachelor's
degree and 4-7 years work experience
Must have initiative and
ability to thrive in an environment that requires a great deal of
flexibility with multiple and changing priorities
Attention to
detail
Solid computer skills essential, proficiency in MS Access or
other relational database/report writing tools a must
Facility for
numbers, attention to detail and solid analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
Strong
organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal
skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Some
accounting experience and a facility for numbers
International,
Human Resource and Equity Compensation experience a plus
