Provide complex data analyses and reporting to support employee equity compensation (stock plan programs) at a global corporation
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the life events of equity compensation plans from grant to vest to delivery, through data management and analysis
- Managing the flow of equity compensation data between the firm and the transfer agent
- Managing requests for equity compensation data to support regulatory filings and internal reporting needs (e.g., tax planning initiatives, P&L projections, quarterly reporting etc.)
- Participating in the development and enhancement of record keeping and trading systems
- Liaising with other departments of the firm, such as Financial Reporting, Tax, and Legal, regarding a variety of equity compensation related issues
Experience:
A college degree with two to eight years of high-performing experience in HR compensation, accounting, finance, tax or a related field, with responsibilities including complex data reconciliation and analysis. Equity Compensation (or Stock Plan) experience a plus

- Detail oriented
- Highly motivated to achieve excellence and exceed high expectations
Technical Skills:
Very strong Microsoft Office skills - "super user" of Excel
