Compensation Analyst II-Stock/Equity (VF) Job Description: TD AMERITRADE

with integrity. Role: Responsible for firm-wide equity
administration, internal and external analysis and reporting. Assists
with quarterly incentive compensation process and analytics. Conducts
market pricing to ensure target total compensation is in line with
competitive practices. This position can be filled in either Omaha, NE
or Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities: Manage the quarterly equity
grant process including analytics, documentation, and preparation of
quarterly grant details for Executive and Board approval, and associate
communications During an acquisition, responsible for migrating all the
equity plans and awards onto our platform and tracking when awards
vest/accelerate Audit stock option exercises Manage the restricted
stock distribution process and associated procedures, including
coordinating appropriate tax withholdings with payroll Cancel
restricted stock units for terminated employees Prepare information and
reports for required SEC filings Develop educational information on
equity compensation Prepare monthly stock plan reconciliations Answer
escalated questions from associates regarding equity Maintain
Transcentive equity system to ensure accurate equity reporting Develop
new equity reports to help guide informed decision making on new grants
Maintain stock related policies and guidelines on internal website
Administration of Executive and Board of Director compensation
programs Assist with the Company's quarterly incentive compensation
process Market price jobs to ensure competitive total compensation
levels across the organization Preparing adhoc employee compensation
reports Participate in and analyze compensation surveys Experience:
Requirements: Equity administration experience and knowledge of
long-term incentive vehicles Excellent analytical, project management,
problem resolution and customer service skills Self-directed with a
positive attitude and high energy level Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Detail-oriented and accurate Able to
maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality Ability to
multi-task Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Access
Experience with Transcentive's stock plan administration system
preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related
field 1 - 2 years of experience in administering employee stock plans 3
- 5 years of human resources/compensation experience Experience in
writing and evaluating job descriptions CCP, PHR/SPHR certifications
are a plus Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations related
to equity compens
