You will
be responsible for designing the C&B strategy for the whole company
and you will be part of the top management. The position might be
located in Geneva or London.


Your responsibility



  • Define
    and implement company’s remuneration strategy in line with the group
    remuneration policies

  • Manage
    HR Annual cycle and process for C&B for HQ and local markets
    (Switzerland, Japan, USA, Britain, Hong Kong)

  • Propose
    and implement new C&B projects/initiatives such as Job Evaluation,
    Classification, Short-term and sales incentive plans, employee benefits

  • Act as a
    centre of competence in the area of C&B Internationally

  • Drive
    the implementation of C&B policies, guidelines, processes and
    systems

  • Ensure
    efficient execution and compliance of the above, through HR Business
    Partners

  • Collect
    and provide compensation and benefits benchmarking data

  • Ensure
    that C&B practices are consistent with benchmark references

  • Define
    and implement individual and collective C&B

  • Propose
    equity based compensation tools or projects

  • Elaborate
    and organize the annual raise, bonus allocation and equity grant

  • Manage
    & ensure administration of global stock based & compensation
    schemes

  • Select
    efficient payroll and benefits providers and vendors

  • Provide
    advice in all C&B, HR regulatory compliance and employment contracts
    matters

  • Establish
    HR dashboards, reporting and costs analysis as requested.


Your
profile



  • University degree in human resources or finance or related
    field

  • 5-10  years of experience in
    Compensation & Benefits Management, ideally in the banking sector

  • Fluent in English & in French

  • Solid understanding of Swiss employment law and regulations

    fast-paced and growing environment
