JOB BOARD: STOCK OPTIONS ACCOUNTING - 17 March 2010

 DUTIES

Primary Responsibilities:

- Daily stock option exercise processing

- Monthly stock option and RSU grant processing

- Daily termination processing

- Generate Exercise and Tax Withholding reports for Payroll

- Maintain insider-trading list

- Manage semi-annual disqualifying disposition survey and reporting

- Manage year-end employee mailing

- Provide ad-hoc reporting to tax, payroll, finance, legal and
accounting areas

- Provide excellent customer service responding to employee inquiries in
a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems (Equity Edge), records,
employee stock option files and reports to ensure stock information is
accurate, up to date for Legal, Financial, and Human Resources
administration, and reporting

Secondary/Shared Responsibilities:

- Monthly reconciliation of equity accounts

- Maintaining documentation related to current equity processes and
procedures 



EDUCATION

- 5-10 years of Stock Plan Administration experience in ESPP and Stock
Options in a global company

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience that exhibits the ability to
perform critical functions of position

- CEP level 3 (preferred)
