The HR Global Compensation Director will play a critical role in the organization by providing global leadership and strategic direction for all compensation and benefits programs.

Description

Key Requirements & Expectations:

Take ownership for the total reward strategy of the company and ensure alignment of all reward programs with Company's achievement driven culture
Creating and managing innovative compensation plan designs to support a high growth organization.
Lead all annual programs related to compensation (ie stock and salary focal)
Manage all comp related actions including new hires, promotions and transfers, ensuring compliance with designated processes and policies
Support Executive pay and Board pay initiatives
Develop the Company's global mobility/talent transfer strategy: international assignments, 3rd country hires/transfers, localizations, etc.
Skills and Experience:

Expertise in the design, development, implementation and administration of all types of compensation and benefits programs (executive, sales and all other employees).
Strong subject matter
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
Experience with managing global mobility programs
Experience supporting a geographically dispersed organization with domestic and international offices
An understanding of International benefits structures.
Demonstrated experience leading compensation design changes, from concept to execution.
Education / Certification
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or other related field is required. Advanced degree, CEP & CCP is preferred.
