Brief Description
Responsible for managing and administering company compensation programs and providing advice and guidance across the full range of day to day compensation actions.
Description
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities (in order of priority)
-Ownership of compensation related programs, projects and analyses
-Manage administration of corporate compensation programs - annual salary and stock focal, bonus planing and payout etc
-Analysis of market survey data and determination of market position
-Assist with development of tools and training for HR partners and Managers
-Support job leveling activities for new job requisitions, transfers, acquisitions, etc.
-Research and respond to Compensation related inquiries
Education / Experience (required or desired)
8+ years of professional work experience in Compensation
-BS/BA degree or equivalent; CCP preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (required or desired)
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid analytical, business process, systems and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.) skills
