Global Stock Plan Services team.

Global Stock Plan Services
(GSPS) is part of the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney joint venture. GSPS
provide trade execution and other financial services to publicly traded
companies who offer equity compensation plans to their employees
worldwide.  The GSPS have clients in the US, UK and Europe.  
It is
an innovative and dynamic environment where individuals share a common

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Client Manager
manages the relationship between MSSB and a portfolio of corporate
clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate client activities
and assist with implementation of strategic goals related to the account
• Develop
and maintain strategic Account Plans for clients
• Identifying sales
and cross-sell opportunities within client base
• Manage the
resolution of the client issues
• Project manage all key events
effecting clients
• Preparation of Client Presentations for service
reviews
• Maintain key MI for all clients
• Maintain and present
Key Performance Indicators
• Escalate client issues where
appropriate
• Point of escalation for Service Delivery Team
• Identify
ways to improve the service by suggesting potential procedure and
service improvements and product enhancements
• Review and sign off
on client billing
• Coordinate communications from MSSB to clients
• Update
and maintain clients’ administration manuals
• Maintain excellent
relationships with all internal stakeholders
• Assist implementing
new clients
• Ad hoc projects


Skills Required 
• Background
in financial services, ideally trade support and settlement
• Business
analysis experience
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent
communication and organizational skills
• Ability to present at
Board level and at external events
• Experience of sales and
negotiation in a b2b environment
• In-depth knowledge of share plans
and share plan industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
