Duties:

DUTIES

Primary Responsibilities:

- Daily stock option exercise processing

-

Monthly stock option and RSU grant processing

- Daily termination processing

- Generate Exercise and Tax Withholding reports for Payroll

- Maintain

insider-trading list

- Manage semi-annual disqualifying disposition survey

and reporting

- Manage year-end employee mailing

- Provide ad-hoc

reporting to tax, payroll, finance, legal and accounting areas

- Provide

excellent customer service responding to employee inquiries in a timely
and

professional manner

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems (Equity

Edge), records, employee stock option files and reports to ensure stock

information is accurate, up to date for Legal, Financial, and Human
Resources

administration, and reporting


Secondary/Shared Responsibilities:

-

Monthly reconciliation of equity accounts

- Maintaining documentation

related to current equity processes and procedures


Skills:

SKILLS

- Experience working for a multinational company with a strong
understanding

of the accounting, tax and legal requirements of equity plans.

- Experience

with Sarbanes Oxley

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Independent and self-motivated

- Must be organized and detail-oriented

-

Ability to prioritize and handle several projects in fast-paced
environment

- Knowledge of Equity Edge software version 6.2 or higher

- Proficient

in Excel, Word, and Access


Education:

EDUCATION

- 5-10 years of

Stock Plan Administration experience in ESPP and Stock Options in a
global

company

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience that exhibits the

ability to perform critical functions of position

- CEP level 3 (preferred)


Hrs per Wk: 40.0

Hrs per Dy: 8.0
