Job Description                          


 


In this role as Equity Plan Administrator, you will be
responsible for the day-to-day administration of the firm's equity plan.
Additionally, you will:


 


    *
Calculate number of equity awards granted to participants based on equity award
agreements


    *
Review the equity award agreements to ensure they include appropriate vesting
and delivery terms


    *
Act as the employees' point of contact for equity related questions


    *
Load all equity award activity into the AwardChoice system, to include setting
up new participants and adding new grant awards and their related vesting
schedules


    *
Monitor and keep track of the vesting and delivery schedules of the various
types of equity


    *
Calculate and/or review the tax withholding on vesting and delivery events


    *
Monitor Section 16 Officer equity award activity in order to assist with the
Legal Department with the SEC filings


    *
Work with the Firm's Transfer Agent on the delivery of shares that are not
handled through the AwardChoice system


    *
Calculate the firm's quarterly dividend payments


    *
Coordinate with the Human Resources and Tax Departments on the payment of the
dividends


 


Required Skills                          


 


    *
2+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably public/private combo


    *
Experience in stock plan administration


    *
Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and
multi-task


    *
Superior communication and interpersonal skills


    *
Keen attention to detail
