Overview
E*TRADE Corporate Services provides equity compensation services to over 1500 corporate clients and over 1 million plan participants. The Manager, Product Support and Documentation reports to the Senior Manager, Product Management and is responsible managing a Product Management team that focuses on the product launch and delivery, documentation and support strategies of the equity compensation plan product offering .
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage team of Product Support, Product Documentation, and Product Launch specialists
- Manage the rollout strategy for internal and external product related enhancements to E*TRADE's equity compensation organization and clients
- Partner with the Technology team to develop the prioritization plan for managing production issues to resolution
- Manage the development plan and execution for small project enhancements
- Define and manage the content strategy, requirements, resources, applications and delivery of information for the E*TRADE Corporate Services online client portal.
- Manage the creation, development and support strategy for all technical product documentation, including user guides and client facing website help systems
- Develop and maintain an effective and efficient content development process
- Interact with Senior Management to provide regular updates of the product portfolio status
- Attend client facing team staff meetings to provide product positioning recommendations and product rollout announcements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years related experience in Product Management. Financial services, benefits or equity compensation knowledge is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years management experience
- Must be strong writer with excellent English grammar and communication skills
- Possess strong organizational and analytical skills; Project Management experience preferred
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and be able to manage numerous projects at one time
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education.
- Certified Equity Professional level 1, 2, or 3 preferred.
