Play a key role in the development and administration of Compensation
Plans for assigned business units and as primary internal administrator
for Domino’s equity compensation programs (performance shares, stock
options and ESPP) • Continuously review current programs for
effectiveness and recommend enhancements • Research and review external
compensation sources for benchmarking and data analysis • Counsel the
organization on the importance and effectiveness of a performance based
program • Administer PFP program including management reporting and
processing of recommendations • Annually review salary structure for
possible adjustment


Primary internal administrator for Domino’s equity compensation
programs (performance shares, stock options and ESPP) • Identify
problems within and develop solutions for daily administration of
equity programs • Work closely with third party stock plan
administrator, Finance, Accounting and Legal on all equity compensation
matters • Perform various audit functions related to the grant process,
monthly forfeitures, etc. • Conduct legal research regarding
international equity related compliance issues



Provide consulting, salary and band recommendations to department heads
and PeopleFirst • Partner with PeopleFirst departments to ensure
complete understanding of total compensation programs • Educate
supervisors and department heads on salary structure policies,
appropriate increases in pay, the job evaluation process, etc. •
Provide recommendations for new hire salaries and promotional
increases, which involves an analysis of the candidate’s experience,
qualifications, internal equity issues, current market information,
budgeting constraints, etc. • Conduct job analysis as needed to
determine the appropriate band and salary • Continuously review
organizational structures to identify areas for improvement



Complete Compensation-related projects and requests • Respond to
management requests for ad hoc compensation information, reports and
analysis • Complete salary surveys conducted by outside companies •
Assist the Organizational Development department in the development and
coordination of succession and career planning



Maintain PeopleSoft records and complete required reporting • Update
compensation-related PeopleSoft panels and partner with HRIS team to
enhance system as necessary • Provide support and assistance on
PeopleSoft HRIS enhancements, maintenance and data integrity issues

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources or
Business/Finance • 3 to 5 years experience with Equity plan
administration and communications (either internal or on a consultative
level). CEP certification a plus • 3 to 5 years experience in Human
Resources with an emphasis in Compensation • Clear understanding of
compensation survey data • Advanced MS Office skills • Strong
statistics and financial analysis • Excellent communication skills •
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects •
Attention to detail • PeopleSoft knowledge helpful (or an understanding
of similar database applications)
